Connect Stripe: How to get Stripe Restricted Key?

Stripe provides wide range of integrations using their API which helps to create custom solutions to grow your product conversions. In this guide, you'll learn where to find Stripe sexret/restricted key and how to connect through it your Pricefy and Stripe accounts.

Stripe Restricted Key for Pricefy

After adding product and pricing plans on Stripe, the next step is to connect with Pricefy. This will enable Pricefy to get the product information from Stripe and simplify the pricing table creation process. 

1. Log into your Stripe account.

2. Go to section Developers and open tab API keys.

   
   

   

   
   

3. Scroll page to the section "Restricted keys" and click on "+Create restricted key".

   
   

   

   
   

4. Add 'Key name'.

   
   

   

   
   

5. Set the following permissions on "Resource Type" section: Products = Read, Prices = Read, Checkout Sessions = Write. Press button "Create key" at bottom of the page.

   
   

   

   
   

6. Copy your Stripe key.

   
   

   

   
   

Connecting Stripe & Pricefy

Paste key into Pricefy field "Stripe secret key" which appears when you log in. Press button "Connect Stripe" and start creating pricing table.

We use your Stripe key to display products and prices. Pricefy does not modify your Stripe account, and we cannot access your payment details. Your sensitive information remains confidential and secure throughout your experience with our platform.
